Location & Hours for License Plate Renewal Services
Glenwood-Lynwood Public Library District offers the Illinois License Plate renewal service. Illinois residents will be able to renew their license plate stickers and leave with the sticker the same day*. You will need your Illinois Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice & PIN or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Driver’s license number, and license plate number.
* If your vehicle needs to pass an emissions test, the Library will be unable to renew your license plate.
Hours:
Monday thru Thursday: 10 am – 7 pm
Friday: 10 am – 4 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 12 pm
Fees & Payment Methods:
Customers will only be able to pay via debit or credit card.
Cost of renewal sticker: Varies
Service fee & card processing fee for each renewal: $10.00*
*Prices subject to change
Covered: B-Truck, C-Truck, Motorcycle, Passenger, and Person with Disabilities.
Not Covered: RVs and Trailers
