Build a Better You Walking Challenge – Every Monday in July and August from 6:30 – 7:30pm

Walking is one of the easiest, most enjoyable, and most profitable forms of exercise. All you need is a good pair of shoes, comfortable clothing, and desire. Every Monday beginning July 10, we will be walking on the library grounds, join in and build a better you! Stop by the library for a brochure on helpful tips you should know if you decide to walk with us.
